Hon. Basil Rohana Rajapaksa, Senior adviser to the President and Minister of Economic Development declared open Thombukandam Village Resort in Nindaur on 29th August.

“Thombukandam The Village Resort” is an eco-friendly project with “Go Green” concept and exclusively designed with a special focus on eastern cultural harmony and it will be managed as an Ecological & Cultural resort in order to make the project socially acceptable.

Members of Parliament Sarath Weerasekara, Mrs. Sriyani Wijewickrama and Isadem Hairu, Chairman of the Hairu Group of Companies also participated at this occasion.
